Exceptional Service from an Honest Team
“I would like to compliment the personnel I contacted at Garage Door Works. It started with Jenny in the office returning my call to schedule repairs. She was exceptionally helpful in handling my call.
“My complaint was a very noisy garage door opener. I thought my garage door opener was on its last legs and I would be faced with a $400 bill to replace it just before the Christmas period.
“When the technician arrived I opened the door so he could listen to what I was complaining about. He immediately recognized that the door opener housing was loose and it was causing the loud rattling sound each time the door opened or closed. My $400 replacement quickly became a $35 service charge. I was able to cushion the housing myself... which I did and the problem was solved.
“In today's environment, you too often hear of people being taken to the cleaners when the opportunity presents itself. This was not the case when the Garage Door Works technician responded to my call. He was most helpful.
